Frank Mousa, founder and managing partner, is a third-generation merchant born and raised in Houston.

Since childhood, Frank worked loading and unloading trucks and organizing inventories by style, size and color. Frank’s grandfather started B. Mousa and Sons, which was later taken over by Frank’s father and two uncles. Frank traveled mainly to New York and Dallas with his father and experienced first hand how to buy and sell finished goods, also learning about freight, logistics and negotiating.

Frank graduated from The Kildonan School in Amenia, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1992, where he was a member of Theta Chi fraternity. Frank played lacrosse in both high school and college. He holds his real estate license in the state of Texas and has closed numerous residential and commercial transactions, including turning a single warehouse purchase into a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio.

 Frank lives in Dallas with his wife, Mary, and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and watching college football.
