Mary Mousa, team leader and partner, is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, who grew up watching her parents work together hand in glove in a business they started 42 years ago that is still successful today.

Mary is a graduate of Mississippi State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as a master’s in Business. While working on her MBA, Mary also had the pleasure of teaching Business Communications, a business class required of all undergraduate business majors. She holds a real estate license in the state of Texas having developed a passion for homes at a young age when historic architecture and antebellum mansions surrounded her.

Mary is proud to call her husband Frank both a partner in life and a partner in business. Of all their accomplishments, their greatest is being parents to Frank III, Mary Grace and Jacob Ellis. Frank also shares Mary’s love of homes and they both enjoy investing, renovating, and leasing residential real estate in their neighborhood. Their most recent labor of love was renovating their own home.  

Mary’s happy place is being at home and entertaining her family, extended family and friends. Some of her best days are spent in her kitchen cooking and baking her family’s favorites and then enjoying them together at the dinner table. She also enjoys attending all her children’s sports and activities—lacrosse, football, basketball and soccer games to name just a few. Mary thrives when her plate is full and makes sure to include family traditions and face time remembering to give thanks for the love that she gives and receives.
